Description
1. Monitors mutual fund, FD's and IPO's orders to ensure they comply with individual requirements and company policies.- Process the orders accordingly and close cases.
- Interact with mutual fund AMC, FD AMC, clients, manager for any queries or complaints.
- Report directly to the Manager to ensure consistency and execution of brand and communication strategy for all mutual fund, FD & IPO products across the Investment business
- Work closely with Digital Marketing Strategy member and provide input for digital-specific strategies for Mutual Fund products
- Regularly send portfolio reports to the clients
- Maintain data in the software and verify with the existing data.
- Needs to be updated with form filling and submission of forms and other documents
- Attend regular trainings and needs to be updates by all regular updates of Mutual fund
Salary:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
