Must have technical skills:

Technical leadership and hands on experience in architecting and deploying AWS or GCP, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and/or CloudFormation), DevSecOps toolchains and/or API gateways.
Related qualification or proven experience in cloud engineering platforms related technology
Ability to write high quality technical documents and proposals.
