Job Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Create, manage, and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Provide administrative support to the back office team.
  • Handle data entry, record maintenance, and document filing.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating office activities and operations.
  • Ensure efficient communication and collaboration within the back office.
  • Liaise with internal departments to understand procurement needs.
  • Collaborate with finance for seamless processing of invoices and payments.
  • Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about the status of procurement activities.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of purchase transactions.
  • Prepare reports on procurement metrics, cost savings, and backoffice activities.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement and backoffice coordination roles.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite and backoffice software.
  • Detailoriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
