    This role will be responsible to build and maintain highly scalable, available, and secure IT infrastructure on cloud and On-Premises. The Service Reliability Engineer will work with cross-functional teams to build and support various IT functions to ensure various business applications are managed and secured and also contribute as subject matter expertise for Banyan Cloud product initiatives.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Handle the end-to-end projects on an individual basis in fast-paced environment.
    • Design, implement, and monitor automated processes for deploying containerized applications.
    • Provide the Systems Health Checks and optimization, Monitoring, and management setup/configuration on Cloud and On-prem environments.
    • Build and support activities of database technologies including the backup and recovery.
    • Implementation and tuning the application database schema changes for various application releases.
    • Responsible for installation, Configuration and applying the patches for OS and data infrastructure.
    • Learn new technologies and work on research orientated projects for various Infra and data tech stacks.
    • Participate in 7X24 on-call rotations and respond to incidents to minimize downtime and impact on services.
    • Monitor IT infrastructure health, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability with optimal performance.

    Job Requirements:

    • 3 to 5 years of experience with mid to large-scale IT infrastructure.
    • Minimum of 2 experience with AWS OR any public cloud services.
    • Experience as SRE/System Admin functions with monitoring, troubleshooting and diagnosing network, server, storage and database systems.
    • Demonstrated experience in the use of Shell scripting, Oracle PL/SQL for task automation.
    • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting of any Unix platform.
    • Experience with Kubernetes as stand-alone configuration OR Cloud PaaS services, preferable with EKS on AWS.
    • Exposure with OS and Database security standards to compliant with industry regulatory frameworks.
    • Experience with any Relational and No SQL database technologies such Oracle, PgSQL and MongoDB.
    • Experience with Big Data technologies is a plus.
    • Experience with Python programming language is a plus.
