Position Overview:

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in identifying and nurturing potential clients through the early stages of the sales process.

The Prequalified Lead is responsible for ensuring that potential leads are genuine, interested, and have the potential for a fruitful business relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

Identification and Verification:

Ensure that the leads generated from marketing campaigns, web forms, events, or other sources meet the basic criteria for potential clients.

Qualifying Leads :

Use a set of established criteria to determine if the lead is a good fit for the company's products or services.

Data Entry:
Accurately enter lead information into the company CRM, ensuring all interactions are logged and updated regularly.

Feedback Loop:

Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide insights into lead quality and help refine lead generation strategies.

Nurture Leads:
Engage and nurture the leads to keep their interest alive until they're ready for the sales process.

Meet Targets:
Ensure a consistent stream of prequalified leads are passed on to the sales team.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. with
• Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral & Tamil oral.
• Proficient in using CRM software.
• Strong analytical skills to assess the potential of leads.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple leads simultaneously.
• Adept at understanding and responding to the needs and challenges of potential clients.

Each individual must have their own laptop and mobile phone. The company will provide a SIM card and will cover the associated telephone bills.

₹18, ₹36,000.00 per month
