Job Summary:

Key responsibilities:

collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing Business teams to:
Understand and gather requirements.
Demonstrate standard SAP processes & Best Practices to improve productivity and quality of work.

Collaborate with IT teams to:

Develop and document conceptual and detailed design to meet business requirement.
Translate functional requirements to technical design.
Support enhancements to existing SAP areas supporting Digital Supply Chain.

Demonstrate ability to evaluate technical approaches and discuss pros and cons of each to arrive at a design
Aware of standard change management and project management processes.

strong technical and functional knowledge in the areas of:
Engineering Control Center (ECTR)
Material Management and Material BOM
Document Management
Engineering Change Management
Classification Variant Configuration
Work Centers and Routings Production Resource Tools (PRT)
Asset Management (Functional Location, Equipment, Serial Number, BOM)

Years of Relevant Work Experience Required: 5-10 Years.

Preferred Areas of Education, Certifications, and Skills:
Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or Mechanical Engineering.
SAP Certification in R&D Engineering.
SAP Certification in Production Planning and Manufacturing.
SAP Certification in Asset Management.
5+ years of business functional experience (in the areas of Product Design, Production Planning). 5+ years as SAP PLM lead functional consultant.
