Team Overview


The Technology & Engineering function is led by our Chief Information Officer (CIO), and our Product function is led by our Chief Product Officer (CPO) and founder.

Job Description:


What will you do?


As the new Junior Procurement Associate, you will be part of a supplier and vendor management team, providing a number of SaaS products, IT hardware and all equipment across our global business.

You'll work closely with our stakeholders to influence choice, prioritise change and deliver savings.

You'll support with supplier contract reviews, ensuring that SLAs and contractually agreed KPIs are delivered.

Other areas you will assist in will include:

  • RFP /RFQ processes in testing the market,
  • Negotiation and leverage
  • Saving money
  • Raise Purchase Orders in support of transactions
  • Resolve payment issues from vendors with Finance
  • Ensure our Contract Management database is up to date and accurate.


You'll support employees by picking up tickets and requests for new tools and equipment, resolve contractual queries, and offer vendor support.

Working closely with the Senior Procurement Associate and the wider team, you'll be a key point of contact to ensure Third Bridge colleagues are supported in delivering to our clients.


Qualifications:


What will you bring?


With your experience within IT procurement, securing SaaS, hardware and other software resources for your teams, you'll be a great fit for Third Bridge's procurement team.

You understand the different equipment and resources available to keep a digital-first international business thriving, and use your third party relationships and negotiating skills to leverage economically advantageous contracts or purchases.

You are a good communicator in written and spoken English, and thrive in a team environment.

You partner with your stakeholders and are committed to offering a great service, with an eye on cost and ensuring vendors/suppliers are delivering to SLAs and KPIs.
