Position:
Non-It recruiter

No of Positions: 2

Location:
Pune (Bhumkar Chowk)

Working days & Time:
Monday to Saturday 9.30 am to 7 pm

Requisites:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/ MBA in HR
  • Should have at list 1 years of experience in relevant field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain job postings and advertisement on various job boards, social media, and other sources.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Participate in various recruitment events such as job fairs, open house and career days.
  • Track and maintain records of all recruitment activities.
  • Manage the offer process and onboarding of new hires.
  • Provide support to the hiring team regarding the recruitment process.
  • Keep up to date with recruitment trends and best practices.

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
