Key Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script to promote our products/services.
  • Build rapport with customers and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling, warm calling, and lead generation techniques.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other sources to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, interactions, and appointments in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the sales manager.
  • Handle customer objections and concerns professionally to address their needs and close sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate followup actions and ensure timely closure of deals.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.

Salary:
₹8, ₹20,000.00 per month
