Roles & Responsibility:

Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and costeffective delivery of goods and services
Plan and execute procurement strategies to ensure adequate inventory levels and timely delivery of products
Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for optimizing inventory levels
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure timely delivery of products
Work with logistics providers to ensure efficient and costeffective transportation and distribution of products
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance data to identify areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to supply chain management
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of supply

years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the beauty or personal care industry

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience working with suppliers and logistics providers
Familiarity with inventory management systems and supply chain management software
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient Excel skills

Salary:
₹300, ₹450,000.00 per year
