Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Telecaller.

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to promote our real estate services and offerings.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to effectively convey information over the phone.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to inform them about our real estate projects, services, and special offers.
Follow up on leads generated through various channels such as advertisements, referrals, and online inquiries.
Provide information about the features, benefits, and pricing of our properties and assist potential buyers in making informed decisions.
Maintain a database of customer interactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Handle objections and queries from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Schedule appointments for interested customers to visit our properties and meet with our sales team.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to better position our offerings in the market.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, with a clear and confident speaking voice.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
Goaloriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus
