Customer Facing -Chennai
Knowledge in:
Knowledge of communication technologies and networking technologies & Telecom Products like Switch, routers and Modem and Knowledge on Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
Understanding of the end-to-end service delivery and operations process, including project management, engineering, change management, operations, maintenance, and network management.
Required Skills:
Communication - Fluent English oral & Excellent in written, Able to provide clear, crisp written and verbal communications for work instructions, customer updates, status report dashboards, negotiations, and issue management.
Should be ready to work in rotational & Continuous Night shift
Interpersonal skills to work with other departments/subsidiaries and the clients to develop timelines for project deliverables and setting proper expectations and delivering updates on project status.
Large business customer interface experience.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to handle large volume of work items to ensure nothing is overlooked
Skill and proficiency in many projects management and data network engineering functions and the ability to integrate across disciplines
Flexible, analytical, stress resistant and a team player
Able to work in an autonomous fashion.
Demonstrated exceptional performance (demonstrated results above expectations).
