Description

As a Customer Relationship Executive in the automobile industry, you will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with products and services.

You will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance throughout the sales and after-sales process.

Your role is pivotal in maintaining customer loyalty and driving repeat business for the dealership or automotive company.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and personalized assistance.
  • Assist customers in exploring various vehicle options based on their preferences, needs, and budget.
  • Coordinate test drives and provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Guide customers through the sales process, including financing options, tradeins, and vehicle delivery.
  • Follow up with customers after vehicle purchases to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
  • Coordinate postsales services such as vehicle registration, insurance, and warranty activation.
  • Schedule and manage service appointments for routine maintenance, repairs, or warranty services.
  • Communicate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of service requests.
  • Proactively reach out to customers for feedback and reviews, seeking opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update contact information in the dealership's database.
  • Assist with customer retention initiatives, such as loyalty programs and special promotions.
  • Stay informed about new vehicle models, features, and industry trends to provide uptodate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
