Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the blending process of powders, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop and optimize blending processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain product quality.
Perform quality control tests on blended powders and ensure they meet product specifications and industry standards.
Ensure the safety of production staff and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the blending process.
Provide technical support to other departments, such as quality control, packaging, and shipping.
Develop new products and improve existing ones through research and development.
Train and lead production staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments, such as research and development, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment with company goals.

Requirements:

Master's degree in pharma, food science technology, chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in the health supplements, nutraceutical industry, particularly in blending powders.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience in quality control testing and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and FSSAI regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Continuous improvement mindset and ability to innovate.

Salary:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
