Description
Title: Telecaller | Client Engagement Specialist
Summary:
Enthusiastic and results-oriented Telecaller with a passion for client satisfaction and relationship-building. Proven ability to effectively communicate with clients over the phone, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products/services and generate leads.
2. Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns, website visits, and other channels.
3. Engage with existing clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide assistance as required.
4. Present product/service features and benefits in a compelling manner to potential clients.
5. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services to existing clients.
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales activities using CRM software.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up actions and ensure seamless communication with clients.
8. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
9. Stay updated on product/service offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively address client inquiries and objections.
10. Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on client interactions and market insights.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in telesales or customer service role, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results.
Adaptability to handle rejection and overcome objections.
Time management and organizational skills.
Intermediate or 10+2 ; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
