About the internship:
As an Inside Sales intern at Sunstone, you will have the exciting opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your role will be crucial in helping us drive sales and meet our revenue goals through effective communication and relationship building with our clients.1. Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
2. Assist in creating and delivering sales presentations and proposals to clients to showcase our products and services.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base.
4. Utilize CRM software to keep track of customer interactions, update client information, and ensure timely follow-ups.
5. Participate in sales training sessions and workshops to improve your sales skills and knowledge of our products.
6. Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts and support promotional campaigns.
7. Provide feedback and insights on customer needs and preferences to help improve our products and services.
