Upstream :
-
Buying, Getting best deals, Vendor registration & relationship
  • Vendor Management, creating the vendor plan to achieve the business objectives
  • To develop coherent vendor strategy, dovetailing it with the private label strategy to ensure maximum returns
  • Fix the Route-ToMarket with time and availability matrix

On the Stream - Business Planning and Budgeting
  • Preparing the budget for the entire year with clear deliverables of Sales, Margins, Costs, Promotions, Working capital & EBITDA.
  • Maintain targeted P&L for the Category [ Rented & Private Labels ]
  • Using Retail Analytics for assortment planning, promotion, place & price decisions on a Hub level culminating in Pan India for the Category
  • Creating Buying Plans and Order Management with Forecasting Matchmaker [ downstream & upstream ]
  • Merchandise Planning, includes Assortment Planning, Promotions & OTB Management on ShortBuk platform
  • Ensure listing of products on ShortBuk platform at backend
This Role Is A Role For Professionals Who Are Good With Numbers - Knowledge Of Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table, Charts) Is A Must - Must Be Able To Create Reports Using Data - Knowledge Of Any ERP Software Will Be A Bonus - Knowledge Of Any Business Intelligence Software Like Tableau, R Is A Bonus
Job Requirement

Experience years of Pharma/FMCG Retail Category experience with Offline Modern Trade / C&C / B2B Organizations in Category Management and Buying - Having worked across whole value chain of category management will add value - Must be conversant with existing and evolving ecosystem of Pharma/FMCG Route To Market

  • Must have excellent advanced MS Office Excel skills & Presentation skills
