The opportunity


EY GDS Creative Services Center of Excellence (CoE) is an inhouse agency that helps EY teams build a better working world by delivering high-impact, high-quality and on-brand creative solutions.

People in the CoE help create experiences that are not just creatively inspiring, but also strategically precise and deeply human — across multiple media platforms.


As an Associate — Visual Identity (VI) SCORE reviewer, your role is to review EY branded material from a VI perspective following the brand identity guidelines.

EY has a compliance and quality review process in place called SCORE (System for Communication Oversight, Review and Evaluation).

This process enables the review and approval of materials by a team of reviewers who focus on different aspects of the content.

This ensures that our content is accurate and appropriate and promotes our global positioning and brand's VI. You will assist the Global Brand Management team by reviewing the material from a VI compliance standpoint. You will also answer general queries on VI compliance and brand raised by various global clients.


Your key responsibilities

  • Analytical mindset and problemsolving capability

  • Provide dedicated assistance to the overall process

  • Conduct reviews, answer queries, and perform any other audit work under the purview of brand compliance
  • Map deliverables for compliance, consistency, accuracy and creativity under EY's VI system
  • Understand and adhere to the tools, systems and procedures used to execute the processes
  • Maintain relevant documentation related to the process
  • Actively engage and assist with other related process documentation for the team
  • Ensure that the stakeholders and customers get the highest quality of output
  • Objectively review deliverables and check them against the defined parameters in VI compliance as part of the review process
  • Thoroughly understand and keep up to date with EY's brand principles and guidance on our VI system, advertising and digital (videos and social media)
  • Prepare monthly trend analysis to report areas of noncompliance observed during reviews conducted in the month

Skills and attributes for success

  • A thorough knowledge of overall branding and its visual identity
  • Knowledge about designing and how designing can influence good brand compliant creatives
  • A good understanding of quality assurance as part of the design process
  • Proven skills as influencer and communicator with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills along with good presentation skills; ability to clearly communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences including senior management
  • Attention to detail is required along with problem solving skills

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or Branding and/or Mass Communication
  • Master's degree/MBA in Marketing and/or Branding and/or Mass Communication and/or Marketing Management
  • Certification in Branding and/or designing and/or quality measurement
  • 03 years of relevant experience or internship experience

Ideally, you'll also have

  • A creative/graphic design background and basic understanding of firmstandard design tools, platforms, and their functionality
  • Ability to work under swift turnaround times in a rapidly changing environment
  • Experience in training design/brand
  • Strong work ethics, team spirit and interpersonal skills

Technologies and Tools

  • Experience in Branding and/or designing and/or quality measurement
