Additionally, we focus on environment conservation by creating native urban forests in and around cities and reducing plastic waste in our oceans.


Our initiatives have earned us the prestigious National Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Award, 2020 in the category of 'Corporate Awards for Excellence in CSR' for financial capability building and environment conservation.

This is the second consecutive year that we have been recognized for our efforts, after winning the 'CSR in Challenging Circumstances, North-East' award for our flagship program Mein Pragati in Assam.


Responsibilities:


  • Design and develop graphics for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, infographics, and other visual communication materials.
  • Develop and maintain the company's website and other digital assets, ensuring consistency in branding and design across all platforms.
  • Understand audiovisual scripts and build storyboards, ensuring that the final product aligns with the overall communication strategy.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Stay up to date with design trends and technologies and suggest innovative solutions to improve the company's visual communication.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1.5 to 3 years of experience in graphic design and visual communication.
  • Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and CorelDraw*), Sketch, Figma, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Portfolio of previous work demonstrating expertise in graphic design and visual communication.
