Description
Direct and supervise day to day operations of sub-contractors ensuring appliance of common operational procedures.

Supervise and evaluate staff; complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and time sheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance; discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments.

Communicate with customers regarding products and services

  • Ensure all work is completed to the program. Create and maintain good relations with clients, design teams
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an Interior firm. Able to understand Autocad, civil, plumbing and electrical drawings provided by the Designer.
Able to handle labourers and ensuring work is going in a smooth manner.
Cross checking all the measurements at site and ensuring the billing is accurate as provided by the Vendor.


Salary:
₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
