Customer Care Executive (agent level)_
Job Location
- Mohali (Industrial Area Phase 8), Punjab (Strictly work from office)
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand customer queries and respond to it ensuring that all queries/concerns are answered.
- Answers their questions in a clear and concise manner using full sentences without grammatical and spelling errors.
- Respond to customers in the prescribed format given by the client.
Process Type_
:
International Voice (chat plus calling)_
Pay Structure :29,000 CTC per month (25,500 in hand)
Eligibility
- Excellent English communication skills required (both spoken and written).
