We are immediately hiring for the role of _
Customer Care Executive (agent level)_

Job Location

  • Mohali (Industrial Area Phase 8), Punjab (Strictly work from office)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Understand customer queries and respond to it ensuring that all queries/concerns are answered.
  • Answers their questions in a clear and concise manner using full sentences without grammatical and spelling errors.
  • Respond to customers in the prescribed format given by the client.

International Voice (chat plus calling)

Pay Structure :29,000 CTC per month (25,500 in hand)


Eligibility

  • Excellent English communication skills required (both spoken and written).
