About the organization:

Ladder Media is a 360-degree content studio with a team of over 70 professionals and clients across the globe.

Ladder Media has special expertise in creating quality design and animation at scale and is sought out to implement projects with complex production lines and engaging visual content.


As an animator you will be working on projects which run at scale, hence learning important operational tasks like how to set up a project, how to create guidelines, how to hire the right talent, and how to expand a project, apart from the vast learnings you will have in animation.

You will be working with your fellow animators, illustrators, and project managers to create videos as per the client/internal brief.


Job Nature:
Contract for 6 months

Experience: 2-3 years

Compensation: 6 LPA (Max)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Animate motion graphic videos in Adobe After Effects.
  • Visualize videos based on the script.
  • Supervise any freelancers/trainees/interns working on the project.
  • Use quality control practices to ensure adherence to guidelines.
  • Ensure timely completion of all project deliverables.
  • Coordination with the illustration team, editing team, and sound team.
  • Stay in touch with the latest animation trends and incorporate them into your work.

Eligibility Criteria:


  • Prior experience in animation
  • Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Robust machine/system to work on
  • Knowledge of Adobe After Effects

Job Types:
Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6 months


Pay:
₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
