Dynamic Life Insurance Trainer

Position Overview:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and engaging Life Insurance Trainer with a minimum of 2-6 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in life insurance. As a Life Insurance Trainer, you will be instrumental in training our insurance agents and sales teams to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively sell life insurance products.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for insurance agents and sales teams focused on life insurance products, including product knowledge, sales techniques, underwriting guidelines, policy features, and regulatory compliance.
Create engaging training materials such as presentations, e-learning modules, videos, job aids, and other resources to facilitate effective learning and knowledge retention.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually to educate insurance agents and sales teams on various aspects of life insurance.
Provide guidance and support to trainees, addressing questions, concerns, and clarifying complex concepts related to life insurance products and sales strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments in the life insurance sector to ensure the training content remains current and relevant.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify training needs, gather feedback, and continuously enhance the training programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to optimize learning outcomes.
Assist in the onboarding process of new insurance agents, helping them grasp company policies, procedures, and product offerings.
Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to insurance agents and sales teams to boost their sales skills, enhance customer engagement, and achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and trainee performance, preparing reports to measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience of 26 years in the insurance industry, specifically within life insurance.
Strong knowledge of life insurance products, policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated training and facilitation skills, engaging and motivating learners.
Proficiency in designing and delivering training materials using various tools and technologies.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment, embracing change and innovation.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and enhancing performance.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary:
₹200, ₹600,000.00 per year
