Role Description

  • Work with Manager of Strategic Initiatives on legal documents as required
  • Work with Sales Team to create Scopes of Work and associated Amendments and Appendixes
  • Be the first line of review for contracts
  • Maintain clear and organized files for historical search and determination of next steps with regard to projects and contracts
  • Assist in research of specific certifications, business requirements or new initiatives that require legal review.
  • Update templates and other documentation to reflect most recent laws and regulations.
  • Perform initial review of Customer redlines and change request to SOWs, MSAs, Contracts, or other binding documents.
  • Organize meetings for departments to review SOWs prior to project launch.
  • Engage with Accounting to explain how a project will be charged according to the SOW.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Shift Timings(US) 8:00 pm 5:30 am (Only Night Shifts)

Qualifications

  • Experience with documentation, and Drafting contracts and SOWs
  • Ability to create clear and concise documentation and manuals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (preferred)

Experience:


  • Legal research: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)
