About the Company - SILICA is a leading institute providing guidance and coaching for design entrance exams like NID, IIT-CEED, NIFT, NATA / JEE (B.Arch), ART (BFA) etc for admissions to design programs at UG & PG level.
Responsibilities
- Counsel enquiries to convert into admissions.
- Provide detailed guidance about careers and courses to prospective enquiries
- Solve customer concerns / answer queries to convert into an admission.
- Make calls to enquiries and make them walkin into the center
- Conduct counseling sessions on Zoom & Google Meet.
- Handle walkins and counsel them to convert into admissions (remove for WFH)
- Follow the counseling procedure for successful conversions
- Participate in marketing activities, wherever required.
- Focused on achieving Targets
- Good English Communication Skills.
- Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Good at working in a Team
- Strong focus on Customer Service
- Strong interest in providing guidance & counseling
- Ability to convince students and parents
Salary:
₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Academic counseling: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
