    Description

    Summary of project :
    Providing Linux L3 support

    Location(s) : Ballabhgarh (Haryana) , Faridabad.

    • Complete Linux L3 Support
    • Availability Monitoring
    • Monitoring of Servers as per defined service window.
    • Respond to system alerts and events for system hardware and software
    • Monitor the servers for parameters like CPU Utilization, Memory utilization etc. and perform daily administration tasks such as, account management, daily fault report and troubleshooting
    • Server Management operations will include monitoring, resolving, configuring, and tuning of the servers
    • Carry out daily monitoring using provisioned tools
    • Check the syslog file for any hardware errors or file system errors
    • Ensure critical services are running on the server.
    • Ensure critical services are running on the server using provisioned tool.
    • Carry out server and network monitoring which covers automatic monitoring of faults and online performance monitoring of all servers using provisioned tool. The performance of Processor(s) usage, Disk utilization and Memory utilization will be done by RE. Onsite team will monitor hardware failures at server component level and operating system failures.
    • Carry out the security and access services activities, security standards which will include welldefined procedures for administering logins, remote logins, passwords, access policies etc.
    • Supplier personnel to interact with different OEM's for B2B support
    • Support during scheduled maintenance time period
    • System support, OS maintenance and administration of RISC servers.
    • Supplier to provide complete support for Operating System / Systems Programming / System Administration Linux OS.
