Role and Responsibility- Should have experience in statutory compliance (PF/ESIC/PT/LWF)
- Payroll processing
- Attendance and leave Management
- MIS and report preparation
- Have to coordinate with insurance company for policy renewal or for new insurance
- Ability to learn and implement new policy
- Good experience about Monthly compliance registration and documentation
