Responsibilities:


  • Manage executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Conduct research on various topics and compile relevant information for meetings and projects.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, relaying messages and requests accurately and promptly.
  • Assist with organizing events, conferences, and meetings, including coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and managing RSVPs.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address any potential issues or challenges.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as requested by executives.
  • Collaborate with other members of the administrative team to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.

Requirements:


  • Proven 1 yr experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
