    Description

    Job Profile:

    We are looking for sincere and hardworking AM/Deputy Manager – Learning & Development in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development programs within the organization. The candidate should have 4-7 years of experience in training and L&D.

    Job Role & Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop relevant programs.
    • Design engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
    • Facilitate training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring content delivery aligns with learning objectives.
    • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, etc.
    • Continuously update and improve training materials based on feedback and evolving organizational needs.
    • Manage the organization's LMS, including user administration, content upload, and reporting.
    • Provide technical support and training to employees on LMS functionality.
    • Ensuring training programs comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and compliance.
    • Prepare reports and documentation for internal audits and regulatory reviews.
    • Manage the learning and development budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient training solutions.

    Experience & Skills:

    • Years of Experience in Learning and Development
    • experience in learning and development, preferably in a managerial or leadership capacity.
    • in learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.

    Educational Qualification

    Graduate/MBA in Human Resource Management
