Description
Working closely with various stakeholders located in different places in the world

  • Working closely with the Product Owner accepting completed tasks and prioritizing planned work.
  • Ensuring the sprint deliveries are undertaken in line with the business
  • Facilitating Scrum events
  • Providing guidance on Scrum process
  • Helping with continuous improvement (making sure retrospective action points are implemented)
  • Building and maintaining good working relationship with all the team members
  • Basic technical knowledge about Software and Software delivery process.

Primary Skills:


  • Project management skills and experience in Agile environment
  • At least 2year experience as a SM
  • Examples of the successful delivery of the projects on time
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Experience in working with remote teams outside of EU, good communication skills (verbal, written)
  • Capable to work on daily basis in English
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills (ability to explain complex ideas)
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines
  • Positive, proactive and cando attitude
  • Prior working experience of financial services is preferred but not required
  • Coaching skills
  • Scrum master certificate would be a plus

  • Experienced with more than one of the following or all from below:
Postman, Jenkins, Ansible, Micro Services architecture, Agile Dev Ops, Java based
