Assist in the production process of composite materials including but not limited to resin mixing, fiber laying, and curing procedures.
Collaborate with senior production staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold safety standards and product quality.
Operate machinery and equipment relevant to composite production under supervision.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specified standards and specifications.
Follow established procedures and protocols for handling materials and executing production tasks.
Support team members in various tasks related to production and project requirements.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop skills in composite manufacturing techniques.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, production protocols, and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with team members to address any issues or concerns that may arise during production processes.
