    SNOW Developer

    Title: Associate Consultant

    Exp: 6 - 9 Years

    Work Location: Bengaluru / Chennai

    Work Timing: IST / UK

    Certifications: CIS - VRM or Secops

    Notice: Immediate - 30 Days

    Mandatory Skills: ITAM, ITOM

    Good to have: HRSD, GRC, VRM

    Description:

    Develop and implement IT asset management policies, procedures, and workflows. Manage the procurement process for IT assets, including vendor selection, negotiation, and purchasing. Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including hardware, software, licenses, and contracts. Conduct regular audits of IT assets to ensure compliance with licensing agreements and regulatory requirements. Monitor asset utilization and performance to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings. Coordinate asset deployments, installations, and configurations to ensure efficient use of resources. Collaborate with IT teams to track and manage asset-related incidents, changes, and service requests. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to support asset management activities. Assist in the development and implementation of asset tracking and management systems, such as IT asset management software. Provide training and support to end-users on asset management policies, procedures, and tools. Prepare reports and presentations on asset management metrics, trends, and performance for management review. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in IT asset management.

    1. **Integration with ITOM Systems**: Collaborate to integrate asset management with IT operations management systems for accurate visibility. 2. **Automated Discovery and Dependency Mapping**: Utilize ITOM tools for automated discovery and dependency mapping to visualize asset relationships. 3. **Asset Performance Monitoring**: Use ITOM monitoring solutions to track asset performance and utilization for proactive maintenance.4. **Incident and Problem Management Integration**: Integrate asset management with incident and problem management workflows for faster issue resolution. 5. **Asset Automation and Orchestration**: Implement automation workflows within ITOM for efficient asset provisioning and management
