    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. This role primarily involves field sales activities, focusing on generating leads, acquiring new clients, and promoting our products/services directly to customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Conducting field sales visits to potential clients to promote company products/services.
    2. Identifying and prospecting new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    4. Understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
    5. Providing product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
    6. Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals.
    7. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
    8. Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
    9. Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    10. Providing regular reports on sales activities, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and market feedback.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    2. Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the [specific industry/sector].
    3. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    6. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    7. Willingness to travel extensively within the designated sales territory.
    8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    9. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
    10. Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. 2+ experience in marketing or advertising.
    2. Familiarity with [specific industry/sector] products/services.
    3. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
