Front Desk Administrative Executive at Children First
Children First is a leading mental health clinic that offers comprehensive mental health services to children and adolescents.
We are looking for a Front Desk Administrative Executive to join our team and help us provide the best possible care to our clients.
The role will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the front desk, including the following:Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for Psychiatrists (Dr Kavita, Dr Sonia, and Dr Ritwik)
- Manage prescriptions and supervise scheduling for new admins
- Handle daily grocery, stationary, and order management including food and snacks, couriers, etc.
- Tally bills and handle client invoices
- Track monetary transactions and manage cash
- Follow up on payments with clients
- Manage DC Coordination, including intake, rescheduling, coordination, report formatting, and sharing with clients
- Supervise electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and floors
- Assist with Narrative Therapy work and follow up on submissions
- Coordinate with support staff, such as Deepa, Muskaan, and Thwisha Bajpai, to manage MH team coordination
- Maintain NDH assessment logs and support formatting and sharing of reports with clients
- Manage website queries and system updates, such as Picktime
- Support Psychiatrist coordination for scheduling clients, report assessment, and payment follow up
- Manage Therapy referrals and coordinate with other therapists that visit the Gurgaon Clinic
- Coordinate with the accounts team, including Sunil, for cash management and payment follow up
- Handle overall vendor management, including stationary, pantry, supplies, etc.
- Provide support for miscellaneous tasks, such as staff grievances and overall supervision
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or customer service roles
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Tally
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
