    Description
    Key Responsibilities: itect Consultation: Meet with internal architect to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for landscaping projects. Gather information about the site's topography, soil conditions, climate, and any existing features. eptualization and Design: Develop creative and functional landscape designs that incorporate elements such as plants, trees, hardscapes (., pathways, patios), water features, and outdoor lighting. Use computer-aided designs utilising software and other tools to create detailed plans and renderings. Ensure that designs align with local regulations, zoning codes, and environmental guidelines. t Selection and Layout: Choose appropriate plants, trees, and shrubs based on site conditions and client preferences. Plan the layout and arrangement of vegetation to achieve desired aesthetics and functionality. rials Selection: Specify materials for hardscapes, including pavers, stones, and other construction materials. Consider factors such as durability, cost, and aesthetic appeal. Estimation: Prepare cost estimates and budgets for landscaping projects. Work with clients to finalize project scope and budget constraints. ect Execution: Execution and implementation of landscaping projects, coordinating with contractors or internal and subcontractors. Ensure that designs are executed according to specifications and within the allotted budget and timeframe.
