RESPONSIBILITIES / SKILLS_
- _
Responsible for working hand in hand with the Design, Projects and Marketing team._
- _
Coordinating and documenting the communication between BD, Projects and Design._
- _
Assisting with design meetings and client communication._
- _
Attending site visits to understand client requirements._
- _
Creating design proposals for clients._
- _
Creating collateral's that associate with the brand._
- _
Assisting the head of design in delivering all tasks on schedule._
- _
Assisting the marketing team with designs and drawing._
- _
Degree in a design course (Bachelor's degree in Architecture/ Landscape Architecture/ Interior Design will be given prime consideration)._
- _
Experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop & Multimedia Presentations._
- _
Have good drawing skills, with the ability to work in three dimensions (3D)._
- _
Have excellent communication / presentation skills._
- _
Be able to organize projects._
- _
Experience 2-5 years._
- _
Degree /Diploma in Architecture / Landscape design._
