Vacancy - Procurement / Supply Officer

The Opportunity:

• Manage the process from purchase requisition to purchase order through tactical negotiation and supplier management in line with business expectations.
• Develop effective relationships with internal business stakeholders to understand business requirements, to forecast demand, and to facilitate effective procurement.
• Develop collaborative relationships with suppliers to ensure optimum delivery quality and sustained performance in line with business objectives.
• Ensure all workflow activities are performed in a timely fashion
• Ensure all critical and overdue items are expedited
• Support the Investigation and resolution of all invoices noncompliances
• Actively promote open twoway communication within the Client's Supply department and with other stakeholders.
• Educate vendors on Client's P2P processes
• Execute against the control framework for master data management; maintain quality and accuracy of information, and compliant with business processes.
• Support Category Management team to provide insight into the subfunction activities and resolve supplier performance or contract issues.
• Run reports, analyse the information and take appropriate actions to ensure materials are received on time and vendors are paid in accordance with the agreed terms
• Monitor the portfolio of suppliers supporting the business ensuring optimal usage & performance against business expectations.
• Support resolution of supplier performance issues and escalations, including finance payment team.
• Participate in Supply improvement initiatives.

About You
We need an 'all-rounder' capable of multi-tasking and setting priorities.

To be successful, you will use your broad set of experience and skills, you will also be very flexible and adaptable, willing and able to work on a diverse range of tasks.

You will also have:

• Min 35 years in a commercial/ Supply environment, Mining & Metals will be preferred.
• SAP, Ariba Experience preferred. Other ERP's & B2B systems will be considered.
• Exceptional / Good English skills
• Reading, Writing, Speaking.
• Any Bachelors degree or above.

Salary:
₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus
