  • Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs, identifying solutions, and exceeding expectations.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times, fostering strong relationships with customers.
  • Learn and adapt to new processes and procedures quickly.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with diverse clients.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
Proficiency in written and verbal English (both Hindi and English are highly preferred for specific processes).
