    JobDescription:
    • Mustbe from Doors & Windows Building construction Fa adeIndustry Plywood Industry Paint Industry. (ONLY MaleCandidate)
    • Make a daily workingplan of sites discuss with Marketing head and execute. (day to daybasis)
    • Scan defined area and submit all detailson daily basis.
    • Take measurements of sites indefined area as and when required by Sales team & ISEteam.
    • Align meetings for Sales team if requiredalign Marketing Head meeting in case Sales team is busy with theirwork.
    • Achieve growth and hit sales targets bysuccessfully managing the sales team
    • Ownrecruiting objectives setting coaching and performance monitoringof sales representatives.
    • Build and promotestrong longlasting customer relationships by partnering with themand understanding their needs.
    • Present salesrevenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to themanagement team.
    • Identify emerging markets andmarket shifts while being fully aware of new products andcompetitionstatus.

    Requirementsandskills:
    • Graduationin Business Administration or a relatedfield.
    • Successful previous experience as asales representative in Doors & Windows Buildingconstruction Fa ade Industry Plywood Industry PaintIndustry
    • Should have good communication Skills(Hindi and English).
    • Demonstrated ability tocommunicate present and influence credibly and effectively at alllevels of the organization.
    • Proven ability todrive the sales process from plan toclose.
    • Excellent mentoring coaching and peoplemanagementskill
