Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct financial analysis, including analyzing financial statements, financial ratios, and other financial metrics, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the overall business objectives, taking into account market trends, competitive landscape, and internal data.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, including developing annual budgets, forecasting revenue and expenses, and monitoring budget variances.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and other stakeholders, providing clear and concise insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and business partners to provide financial expertise and support decisionmaking on strategic initiatives, investments, and operational improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations, and identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Review Accounts Receivables, Collections, Maintaining DSO below budgets, vendor payment systems / terms etc.
  • Continuously monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement financial controls and processes to optimize financial results.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications such as CA, MBA, or CPA may be preferred.
  • Minimum of 57 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, internal controls, and risk management practices.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems, financial modeling software, and Microsoft Office suite.
Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm ET.
