Tender drawing receipt from Architect and consultants
Kick-off meeting with Architect and consultants
Material selection and finalization with GM.
Reducing Costs in various places to provide more revenue
Final Specification to be closed
Design Optimization Costing impact
Design review with team for Tender drawings
Finalized Concept presentation to Leader Ship by GM
Finalized Concept presentation to Land Owner
Schematic drawing for Civil & MEP to be received from Consultant & Architect
Review MEP Drawings and Design Brief Report with DPMs - MEP and GM
GFC drawing from Architect and Consultant for Civil and MEP
Consultant Bill Certification based on received details
Customization, modification receipt from CRM
Customization drawing updating based on CRM request and updated to Planning
Customization drawing review with DPM's and GM
GFC drawing sent to execution for start the work
Co-ordination with Marketing team and rendering agency for Walkthrough and rendering layouts
Customization progress checking with site team
Sanction drawing receipt from Liaoning and co-ordination for norms updating
Rera
Drawings (if any required)

Qualification
B.Arch.

Experience
3 Years experience in Real Estate Industry
