Qiott Llp is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hindi voice process WFH.

This is a work-from-home position that will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

You will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls and providing resolution to their queries in Hindi.

Responsibilities:

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner
Provide customers with accurate product and service information
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member
Maintain a high level of service and professionalism with customers at all times
Meet and exceed agreedupon service level agreements (SLAs)
Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures
Continuously develop and improve knowledge of products and services offered by the company

Requirements:

Native Hindi speaker
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
Previous call center experience preferred, but not required
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problemsolving skills
Detailoriented
Strong timemanagement skills and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
