Responsibilities

To begin with, understand the requirements generated by the sales team.
Conduct team meeting daily with all the department heads to ensure the production process remains seamless
Evaluate each station of the manufacturing process to ensure maximum efficiency.
Manufacturing and shipping processes in the unit.
Inspect products prior to shipment to ensure high quality.
Ensure all the assets are used efficiently and cost effectively so that there is minimum wastage of raw material.
Enforce safety policies in the production unit to ensure the safety of employees and decrease the chances of employee injuries at work.
Motivate employees through proper training programs.
