    Job Overview

    This role requires 0 to 5 years of experience in operating CNC / VMC machines. As a CNC / VMC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to perform tasks such as drilling, cutting, and shaping various materials. The job is located in Thirumudivakkam, Tamil Nadu, India and is a full-time position.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 0-5 years of experience operating CNC / VMC machines.
    • Knowledge of CNC programming and G-code.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
    • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
    • ITI / DME / B.E Mech.
    • Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Set up and operate CNC / VMC machines to perform machining operations.
    • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machine setup and specifications.
    • Load materials into CNC machines and adjust machine settings to ensure proper performance.
    • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.
    • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
    • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to keep them in good working condition.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the machining process.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
    • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.
