    Position:

    Sales Co-ordinator – Exports

    Reports To:

    Head of Sales - Exports

    Location:

    Thirumudivakkam, Chennai

    Candidate Profile:

    Mandatory:

    • Minimum of 3 to 5 years proven work experience in Export Sales Operations with thorough knowledge of INCO terms
    • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
    • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process of different countries
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – in English. Additionally a foreign language would be an added advantage (Spanish, French, Russian etc)
    • Logical and analytical mind, and problem-solving attitude
    • Graduate – in any stream
    • MBA (preferable)

    Responsibilities:

    • communication skills through email, phone calls and immediate response to international customers.
    • for all export process from enquiry to shipment at customer site
    • related documentation and registration process
    • INWARD REMITTANCES – co-ordination with customer and accounts team
    • – Use CRM for quotes, PI etc and keep it updated
    • Sales
    • Order preparation through SAP and Execution and co-ordination with freight forwarders.
    • compliance and quotes
    • for 3rd party Inspection at factory – if customer requires
    • as per ISO and CE and attend audits.
