Shall handle the queries/grievances of the Share holders. Shall responsible for maintaining the Annual Return Data. Shall be responsible of redemption of bonds, revalidation of dividends, warrants and interest warrants. Processing of bills on daily basis and making the transactions entries. Shall be responsible for generation and dispatched of the bills. Shall take care of transfer of scrutiny and signature verification process. Shall be responsible for issuing the duplicate share Certificates and Master Updation.
