    Description
    I. Job Summary
    This role is responsible for configuring and supporting the ServiceNow HRSD application system within the Human Resource Organization as part of the HR Technology team.
    II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    • Monitors HR systems, troubleshoots application related issues, and provides system-related support
    • Develops and maintains a strong working knowledge of assigned applications
    • Provides input on configuration changes, analyzes impact, and ensures data integrity
    • Supports the implementation of new software applications or modules
    • Executes testing and may be responsible for configuring and delivering reports
    III. Supervisory Responsibilities
    • No formal supervisory responsibilities
    • Provides informal assistance and may lead project teams
    IV. Qualifications
    • Education: Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma/GED with relevant work experience
    • Experience: 5 years of ServiceNow experience, including 2 years of ServiceNow HRSD experience
    V. Work Environment
    • Requires motor coordination and physical effort handling objects
    • May be exposed to occupational risks and physical environment elements
    • Normal setting: office environment
    • Must be available for standard and non-standard hours
