TheRole

As our new ServiceNowTechnical Architect youll play a vital role in shaping andexecuting our ServiceNow platform strategy to drive innovation andensure seamless service delivery across our globaloperations.

KeyResponsibilities

• Defines guides and supports the execution of Alphanextclients technical governance processes
• Assistsin developing standards and practices for maintaining the health ofAlphanext clients ServiceNow platforms
• Supports design and implementation of a platformoperating model to achieve Alphanext clients desired outcomes andfoster enduser adoption
• Provides technicalevaluation of demands against Alphanext clients ServiceNow platformarchitectures platform capabilities and best practices
• Guides ServiceNow Platform design includingconsiderations for integration and performance for Alphanextclients
• Assesses architecture and solutiondesigns to support Alphanext clients objectives including alignmentwith ServiceNow implementation best practices
• Offers guidance on prototyping and accelerating time fromdesign to deployment for Alphanext clients
• Provides technical guidance in platform development andplatformwide solutions for Alphanext clients
• Advises on configuration and coding standards forAlphanext clients
• Supports remediation ofconfigurations not aligned to ServiceNow best practices forAlphanext clients
• Assesses instance health(performance manageability usability scalability upgradability andsecurity) by conducting ServiceNow HealthScan for Alphanextclients

Experience you should have

• ServiceNow SystemAdministration Certification (mandatory)
• ServiceNow HR CSM and ITIL Foundationcertification
• Experience in the followingServiceNow modules:
  • ITOM CMDB DiscoveryService Mapping
  • ITBM Project PortfolioManagement Release Management Agile
  • HRSD (HRService Delivery) and Finance
  • GRC GovernanceRisk and Compliance
  • CSM Customer ServiceManagement module exp (Mandatory)
  • ITSMIncident Management Problem Management Change Management KnowledgeManagement Service Portal Service Catalog
• Expertise in Client Scripts UI Policy UIScripts Script Includes Business Rules Scheduled Jobs
• Possess good communication skills
• ITIL Foundation Certification would be a plus or can dobefore joining
• Implementation Specialistcertification would be a plus
