    Senior Manager Business Development (AI, ML & BI Services & Solutions)


    About Us:
    Curate Data Analytics is a pioneering startup in the Business Analytics and Strategy space. We specialize in transforming data into actionable insights, empowering businesses to make informed decisions.

    As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic leader to join our Business Development team and drive our mission forward.


    Position Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Manager for our Business Development team.

    The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of business and sales analytics within the FMCG sector, coupled with a proven track record in B2B sales of ERP, DMS, SFA, and BI solutions.

    This role requires a strategic thinker who can connect with FMCG companies, understand their needs, and collaborate with our internal teams to deliver exceptional BI solutions.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Market Development: Identify and connect with FMCG companies (both MNCs and startups) to establish analytics functions as a service.
    • Client Engagement: Understand and articulate the requirements of FMCG companies, facilitating their journey from insights to actionable strategies.

    Solution Collaboration:
    Work closely with our data scientists to implement AI, ML, and BI solutions tailored to client needs.

    • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and longterm partnerships.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry Background:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
    • MBA is preferred but not mandatory.

    Experience:
    Minimum of 2+ years in B2B sales of ERP, DMS, SFA, or BI solutions.


    Skills:

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
    • Proficiency in understanding and leveraging data analytics tools and methodologies.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
