Supply Chain Executive (E-commerce)

Position Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in procurement processes, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, and order placement, to ensure timely and costeffective supply of goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed, ensuring adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to arrange transportation and delivery of goods to our fulfillment centers and customers.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including warehouse operations, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Track and manage inbound shipments, ensuring timely receipt and accurate documentation of goods.
  • Assist in analyzing supply chain data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements and best practices to streamline supply chain operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, related to supply chain management.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the ecommerce industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Detailoriented and analytical mindset, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
